Capital Bank - My savings account closing balance not mailed to depositors
I closed my Savings Account # 828555**** was closed on 07/17/2018. The closing balance is 18950.86. As off today I have not received the closing balance check.
This bank sucks. I am really lost how to recover my money. There is no branches in San Antonio, TX. I kept the balance in internet banking system. I closed the account and asked to send the check.

I contacted 800 number on customer service almost daily basis. They say that check is on the way. No check received.
Mail takes about 10 days. They have sent second time. Still, I hane not got the check. More waiting on telephone. it takes about 40 minutes to get some answer.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $18950.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Capital Bank Cons: Very bad in closing accounts.
